HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Well, that depends where in the world we’re shipping to.

In New Zealand:
In urban areas throughout New Zealand, it’s a flat rate delivery cost of $5.00 for rural areas it’s a flat rate of $8.50. And if your order is over $100, the shipping cost is FREE throughout all of New Zealand.

The Rest of the World:
Given there’s a whole wide world out there, and some places are only over the ditch, while others are tens of thousands of kilometres away, we charge based on location. This means, you’ll find the cost for shipping at checkout where it’s calculated based on your delivery address location.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship all our contemporary jewellery and gifts, right here from our shop in beautiful Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Easy, we'll send you an email as soon as your order ships with a link to the tracking info.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We get it – you’ve just purchased online and now the anticipation is building, you can’t wait to get your purchase in your hands (or the hands of the person you’re gifting to!).

We want you to receive your delivery as soon as possible too, that’s why we aim to get your purchases out the door within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays…as we’re only human) from there it’s as follows...

New Zealand:
All New Zealand shipments generally take 1-3 working days from day of dispatch.

Rest of the World:
Worldwide shipments generally take 5-14 working days depending on location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We love what we do and the products we provide, so it’s super important to us that you love them too! We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase whether it’s for yourself or for a gift.

We also know that you won’t always get it right…online purchases can sometimes be tricky when you’re not physically seeing the product…so if you receive your jewellery and/or gifts and have a question about them or would like to return them, then please just get in touch with us so we can discuss.

If for any reason your product is faulty, simply get in touch with us and we’ll help you with your repair, exchange or credit.
